Additional guest charges
Although the Suite is ideally suited for two people, if you have more in your party we can accommodate up to two additional guests in either the Suite or the Ocean View Room. The additional guest charge is $50 per night plus applicable taxes per additional guest 12 years or older. The additional guest charge for each child under 12 is $25 per night plus applicable taxes. The Ocean View Room cleaning fee will apply to additional guests who choose to stay in the Ocean View Room.

Taxes
All stays of 29 consecutive days or less are subject to 12% City and Borough of Juneau sales and room taxes.

Payment and cancellation policy
You may guarantee your reservation with a 50% deposit. Balance is due at check-in. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.
To receive a refund of your deposit less the cost of the first night, we must receive a written cancellation of your reservation 30 days prior to check-in.

As incredible as Southeast Alaska and Auke Bay are, there are times during our winters that we would like to visit warm, sunny and sandy beaches in places like Hawaii, Costa Rica, the Caribbean, Southern California or similar locales.
