Additional Guest Charges
Although the suite is ideally suited for two people, if you have more in your party we can accommodate up to a maximum of two additional guests. The additional guest charge is $50/night plus applicable taxes per additional guest 12 years or older. Children under 12 may stay for $25/night plus applicable taxes per additional guest.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
You may guarantee your reservation with a 50% deposit. Balance is due at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and cash.
To receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee, we must receive a written cancellation of your reservation 21 days prior to check-in.
Vacation Rental Exchange
As incredible as Southeast Alaska and Auke Bay are, there are times during our winters that we would like to visit warm, sunny and sandy beaches in places like Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica, the Caribbean, Southern California or similar locales.
